I'm Priscilla

I’m a natural-light senior photographer and mom of three who truly believes your senior year should be celebrated in a big way! If the thought of photos feels a little overwhelming (or you’re thinking, “I have no idea how to pose”), don’t worry — I’ve got you! My goal is to make the entire experience feel easy, relaxed, and genuinely fun from the very first session.

The senior rep team was created to be more than just great photos. It’s about unforgettable memories, new friendships, and feeling supported and confident all the way through one of the most exciting years of high school. Plus, it's like really fun!

What is a
senior rep team? 

A senior rep program is a hand-selected group of girls who represent Priscilla Bearden Photography throughout their senior year. Members take part in fun, themed group shoots, enjoy their own individual session, and build genuine friendships with seniors from high schools across the Houston area.

What's
included

Individual and themed mini-sessions

Each senior rep receives one or two individualized senior sessions, depending on the experience level selected. In addition, reps are invited to participate in four themed mini-sessions throughout the year designed to be fun, creative, and social. One of our favorite traditions includes a college shirt session, and we wrap up the year celebrating what’s next with cap and gown photos toward the end of senior year.

Priority scheduling and first access

Senior reps receive priority access to session dates before they are opened to the public. This allows flexibility when planning individual sessions and helps secure dates that work best with school, sports, and extracurricular schedules.

Senior resources and planning support

Seniors receive thoughtfully curated planning resources to make the experience seamless and stress-free. These include a senior session guide, session day checklist, location guide, and a list of trusted hair and makeup artists. Support is provided throughout the year so seniors feel prepared, confident, and excited.

Club 13 experiences

Club 13 is a limited, elevated experience available to a select group of seniors. In addition to everything included in the senior rep program, Club 13 members participate in an exclusive destination group shoot in Charleston, South Carolina, June 24–26.

Is professional makeup required?

Professional makeup is not required, but it is highly encouraged for individual senior sessions. Professional makeup photographs beautifully and helps create a polished final look. I provide a list of makeup artists I personally work with for families who would like recommendations.
Will there be any additional costs throughout the year?

Group sessions are planned with cost in mind, and seniors are encouraged to use items they already own whenever possible. I aim to be flexible with themes, though there may be occasions where an outfit purchase is needed. Professional makeup for individual sessions is optional and typically runs around $150.
Are there any travel fees?

Travel fees may apply for individual senior sessions that take place outside of the Tomball, The Woodlands, and Conroe areas. Any applicable travel fees will always be discussed in advance.
What resources are provided to help seniors prepare?

Seniors receive helpful resources throughout the year, including a senior session guide, a session day checklist, a curated list of recommended hair and makeup artists, and a location guide. I’m also available throughout the process to help answer questions and make everything feel stress-free.
What is the time commitment for senior reps?

Senior reps are invited to participate in all group sessions, but are only required to attend two group sessions of their choosing, along with the initial meet and greet. There are no make-up dates for group sessions unless it is weather related or the photographer needs to reschedule. Seniors will also have their individual session on a separate date and commit to sharing photos from their sessions on social media a few times throughout the year.

Package 3 “Club 13” $2050 + tax (5 payments of $410 + tax)
  • Includes 2 senior sessions, 4 group sessions, and 1 destination group session (valued at $3530 – savings of $1480)
  • Payment Schedule: April 1st, June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, December 1st
Payments will need to be made through Venmo or Zelle.
What should we know about the Club 13 destination shoot?

The Club 13 destination group shoot will take place in Charleston, South Carolina, June 24th–26th. There is no additional travel fee for the Club 13 destination shoot, but seniors are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals. Parents or guardians are welcome and encouraged to join for a memorable weekend.
What is the reschedule and weather policy?

A 30-day advance notice is required for rescheduling, except in cases of sickness or weather. If you book during the summer for an August or September session and later discover a conflict with a school event once you receive your school calendar, an exception may be made with prompt communication.

Your deposit is transferable and valid for one year.

Weather decisions are typically made about 24 hours before sessions due to unpredictable Texas weather. Backup plans are always in place, including potential reschedule dates. Group sessions do not have makeup dates unless weather-related or the photographer needs to reschedule.
