One of my absolute favorite things about being a photographer is the incredible people I get to meet on this adventure! Bethany and Derek are definitely some of those people!

I met Bethany here in The Woodlands at a baby shower just weeks before their move to Nashville. Thankfully, it was just in time to shoot a few branding pictures for their company Trim & Co. near Market Street and the Waterway before they left. Bethany and Derek own a hand-made hat company in which they redesign vintage hats and create custom-made hats from scratch. Each hat has it’s own spark and personality, and they are AMAZING!

We instantly hit it off, and I quickly realized how sad I was that they were leaving even though we had just met! But, that’s the kind of people they are-the kind that you love being around and you don’t want to leave. However, it just happened that Tish (one of my bffs) and I would be traveling with our husbands to Nashville, so we could take more product pictures and in a super fun city- and that is exactly what we did!

Even though it was FREEZING and a high percentage of rain, we didn’t let it stop us! Bethany and Derek live in a complex near downtown with an amazing rooftop view. We took full advantage, and we had so much fun that even Tisha and I joined in on some of the pictures.

Derek and Bethany, come back to The Woodlands ASAP because we miss you guys and love us some Trim & Co.!
